Diversity in Baseball
Evan Brunell has a Diversity in Baseball article on MVN. I’m quoted in it a few times. If I was interviewed again, I would talk about Cal Ripken Quickball. It’s a very cool game that allows the sport to be played year round indoors. It really speeds up the game, so you don’t have the endless at-bats for those just learning the game. Kids really take to it and it builds basic baseball skills as well. Basic supplies are less than the cost of a baseball bat.
