Maximizing Technology

Seth Godin has another great post today.  Many non-profits spend a lot of money on technology-even things as basic as cell phones, Outlook and websites.  They are rarely fully utilized.  Many people in the non-profit world don’t even know how to control spam well.  We spend a lot of time training on youth development and management, but little on technology.  He links to a Squidoo lens with some tech coaches.  Everytime I learn another simple trick, I wish I had one of these.  I may have to invest some time in sorting out what makes sense in a non-profit.
