The Question of Leadership has an interesting post about thinking like a teen when deciding priorities. It’s a nice way of looking at things.
The one that jumped out at me is one of my boss’ favorite questions:
Great leaders create meaning and purpose for their people.
Don’t just bark out orders. Help people understand the big
picture. People will rally around purpose more than they
will a task.
