I’ve posted a few times on presentations (Presentation Zen and Engage Your Audience), but much of that has focused on the PowerPoint. StudyHacks has some great information on the Art of Speaking. There is a ton of advice, but I especially liked the section on reconnect with the audience members who might be drifting as well as how to end. Check it out.
