I’m a fan of positive traditions. I think they build culture and community. However, too many people are afraid of change. I also see the positive of new people coming in and questioning how we do business. Fresh eyes help us to see our blind spots as well as give us an opportunity to explain our mission or reasoning behind policies or programs that outsiders don’t understand.
