Great Presentations
Tim Ferriss has a comprehensive post on great presentations. I particularly like the following point (part of a common mistakes section).
Thinking a speech is a right rather than a privilege. When you deliver a speech, you’ve got 10 or 100 or 10,000 people who have decided that the most important thing they can be doing at that moment isn’t taking care of something at the office or being with their families – but sitting there listening to you. That’s an extraordinary — and humbling — gift.
When giving a presentation, put yourself in the position of being in the audience. Would you be engaged and excited to be in your own audience? Or would you rather be back in the office?
KnowHR has the Top 10 Presentations Ever. It is an interesting list ranging from MLK to Steve Jobs.
Six Minutes on preparing for speeches-particularly the power of editing.

Thanks for the referral, Joe. As you can tell, I consider speech editing to be an important and vital task.
The other articles you link to above are both excellent as well.
